Oh yes it's ladies night...and the feelin's right....

Well, it’s about time. We’re having another LADIES NIGHT OUT!!! If you were unable to attend the last one, you missed out, but don’t let it happen again. This time we’re not only going out to eat, we’re also going to hear a really cool Australian lady speak. Here’s the lowdown:



Date: Saturday, February 10th, 2007

Time: 5:00 pm (meeting at the restaurant – if you want to ride together, we’ll have to work that into the equation)

Where: We’re going to eat at Chili’s (1260 N Germantown Pkwy, Cordova, TN 38016) at which we will be celebrating Natalie Brechin’s beautiful birth (i.e., we’re having a baby shower). Becki is only in need of burp cloths (she’s a spitter), summer clothing (6-12 months) and diapers – LOTS OF DIAPERS.


Then at 6:30 pm, we’re going to The Life Church of Memphis to their CHICK NITE

They will be serving dessert and drinks and Christine Caine (one of the pastors from Hillsong Church in Australia) will be speaking. She’s an awesome, engaging speaker. We (Sonja and I) heard her at the last ARC conference and she really spoke some truth into my life as a pastor – and had us in stitches the whole time.


So, make a plan to be there. We are also going to announce the “Chick Nite” to all the ladies of SouthPoint on Sunday at church. Encourage everyone you have contact with to come. We will have them meet us at the church and we’ll all go in together. (So they don’t have to attend a baby shower for someone they don’t know….you know what I mean)?



OK, enough rambling. Put it on your calendar, get a sitter, do your hair and join us for a fun time of food and laughter (I promise there will be laughter).
